Helical dead-ends clamp for stay wire is designed to fix stay wire on poles or towers in transmission lines, distribution lines, antennas, communications, etc. It is an ideal substitute for traditional stay wire fittings such as U-T clamps, wedge clamps, etc.

Characteristic

• Once the type of stay wire is confirmed, the proper helical dead-ends for stay wire can provide a gripping strength of no less than 95% of the rated breaking strength.

• The products are manufactured from the same materials as the stay wire they are applied to. Generally, galvanized steel and aluminum clad steel are commonly used. This ensures no stranded damage caused by electrolytic or galvanic corrosion, extending the service life of both the products and the stay wires.

• Stress is distributed evenly without any stress concentration on the stay wire, providing excellent protection to the stay wire.

• The products can be installed without additional tools—installation can be completed manually by users.
